The storage facility I rent a unit from had a major flooding accident, my unit was one of the worst affected due to the fact that it was right next to the water tank that malfunctioned. The team was very helpful in helping me get through the emotions, the overwhelming shock of losing valuables, and the task of sorting through what was salvageable and what was destroyed. About 5 or 6 ladies that work for the company boxed up what was not ruined and transported them to another unit and stayed with me for a few hours while I made piles of what to throw away, and it was a 2 or 3 day ordeal, and I saw them working on all the other units affected, on the days to follow as well for other tenants. The owner/manager was extremely helpful in taking photos and assisting with listing and calculating the items lost and trying to help me stay positive and focused on the task at hand. He worked with the management at the storage facility to get everyone the help they needed. Very impressed with the professionalism and the personal attention of this company and their hard working employees.

Unfortunately, we had a sewage drain line separate in our crawl space. It was an awful, stinking mess. Victor and Kattar responded. I really appreciated their assistance. They did a great job and both had excellent attitudes. They were very willing to do whatever was necessary to get the job accomplished and to have a satisfied customer.
