Josh is a helpful associate and this review does not reflect his proformance. Everyone else I've experienced has been rude, disrespecful and unprofessional. I've been in the store a few different times over the last 3/4 months. Every time I'm in there, it feels as if im inconvenienceing any associate that works there. I'd reccomend possibly more training or new employees.

The AT&T store in St. Johnsbury, Vermont is probably the best service we have ever received from a wireless phone provider. Darcy was personable, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this store.

To bad there isn’t a 0 star rating... Go there to upgrade a phone on our account, leave with a new phone and an unauthorized line added to our account. 2 weeks later we upgrade the other 2 phones on our account (different location due to the employee being very rude)... then our phone bill arrives! 400$?!?!?! After contacting ATT support(not the local store)they removed the charges, but informed me that if we cancel the line that the other store added we would lose the promotions on our 2 new phones and have to pay 700$ each for them even after trading in our old phones. Store manager nick informed me after contacting his district rep that we would have credits added to our account to cover the cost of us having to pay the service fee for the next 90 days so we don’t lose the promotion. As well informed me “he hopes he doesn’t lose us as customers” Over 2 weeks later still nothing. Each phone call to that store I receive more and more attitude... for an issue that is their own! This issue needs to be resolved immediately
