The staff here have all been great. They were very helpful, polite, and friendly. The same goes for the therapy staff here as well. The food could be improved, but I enjoyed my stay here and made improvements thanks to the rehab I received here.

My dad was there for a couple of weeks. Every single person was very nice !!!phiscal Therapy was the best along with the nurses how wonderful they all were to me and my father….. the social worker helped so much thank u everyone including Elizabeth upfront u are all appreciated thank u agian

I'm a current employee of Orchard Ridge, there have been many management changes recently, starting with Administration and Director of Nursing, it has been my pleasure to watch as they provide hands on customer service to the patients' & their families. There is longevity of staff in this building and I can attest to the love that is provided to the patients', we have an in house medical director Dr. Laura Slack who is loved by all of the patients' and provide an extra measure of TLC in her treatment of them. I have worked in nursing facilities for over ten years and this building offers stellar medical care, along with pristine customer service. The health, safety, and wellness of our patients' is paramount, our therapy department offers top quality treatment to ensure that the patients' get home as quickly as possible, while never sacrificing their safety. I am very proud to be an intricate part of the team here at Orchard Ridge and would personally endorse this company for my own loved one. We want them to arrive feeling like an honored guest and leave feeling like a part of our family.
