Great tour! Perfect rainy day side trip. Welcoming spot and delicious maple goodies in the shop!

We showed up on an rainy April day and they gave us the full tour. What a nice couple! It's amazing how much work it takes to make a gallon of maple syrup.

I am very late in posting this review. We visited summer 2021 and had an amazing personal tour with one of the owners. All 4 of us (parents/kids, including a teenager) enjoyed learning all about how maple syrup goes from Vermont trees to our pancakes. This is a genuine family owned small business--not a tourist trap. We wound up buying a bunch of wonderful products from their little store. We ran out just recently and placed an order online to replenish our maple syrup and their pancake mix, which is awesome. Feels good to support such a business--it's worth the shipping costs! Thank you to the sugarhouse for making an everlasting Vermont memory for our family.

Very good operation. We were greeted by Ellie the beagle. Super sweet dog! The family settled the land in the 1770’s…lots of cool history. Sugaring is a huge part of Vermont culture and the Green’s are still tapping on their original family homestead. Pam gave us a tour (call ahead) of the operation and explained the process of sugaring. I’ve been coming to VT all my life and know a bunch of sugarmakers but had no idea of the science involved. My kids were blown away. Very cool to see. Their on-site kitchen makes all the goodies…maple sugar candy, maple butter, granulated, jams, salad dressings, pancake mixes, etc. Gift baskets are fantastic and very reasonable.
