I have been a loyal customer since I moved to Philadelphia. Over the last couple of months the coyoles and pods for my van have been out of stock. I am told each time they will be in with the next order. I went back yesterday and again not in stock. I was told they are so popular that is why they were out. I said well I guess the will be my last time coming there since I can nit get what I need. The chubby gentleman with the unkept beard got very rude about it. No customer service skills whatsoever. I have since found the products online and I will save about 40% off of your store. Needless to say you have lost a loyal customer.

I started ordering online for local delivery a while back and I've only ever had one issue which was resolved quickly, and without hassle. Recently I've been trying to stop into the physical shop whenever possible and both of my recent visits were 11/10 experiences. I interacted with two different pairs of employees on each visit, and I couldn't be happier with either. On the first visit I went in with a vague idea of what I was looking for and both individuals were well versed in the available stock & knowledge surrounding the products. On the second visit I went in specifically for juice, and to do some research on future purchases, and these employees were also extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I received great suggestions and felt very comfortable asking questions, which is really important to me after checking out a few "holier than thou" style shops (you know the type). You get what you pay for, and for supporting a local business with good inventory & knowledgeable employees the retail markup is EXTREMELY reasonable. Overall, Vape O2 is my go-to shop & if it isn't yours as well then you're missing out. tl;dr - 11/10 service, great delivery, good stock, reasonable prices
