This is my home. I grew up in this church. The many deacons, deaconesses, and members always treated me like I was apart of their family. Have gone to this church every since I could remember. My great grandfather founded this church and I am honored to be a member. Rev. Bart Banks is awesome! Great guy and even better pastor. My grandmother, one of the mother's of the church, adopted him so to speak way back when he was just the organ player. I say 'just' in gest. He's so good, he makes Billy Preston sound like and organ grinder at the fair. If you are in the Tampa Bay area and looking for a good play to attend, come to St. John. If you live in Tampa and need a church home, come to St. John. If you just lost, with no where to go and no one to help, come to St. John.
