For some unreasonable reason the Pharmacy has stopped filling prescriptions until you arrive, telling you 20 min while you wait among all the other sick patrons. This is a health hazard, very bad for their business. 2 days in a row for my family.

I am extremely grateful this is a 24hour CVS. I was also shocked and pleased to see the Pharmacy open at 1am. My 4yo daughter has a terrible night cough that's been waking her up, making her cry, and she was choking trying to catch her breath because the dry air in our house wasn't helping her at all. My anxiety immediately sent me in a panic so I checked to see where I could get a humidifier in a pinch to help her out and get her back to sleep, I was so happy to see I was able to get to a CVS and get something to help her out.

This cvs pharmacy used to be great. Now it is completely unorganized, some rude workers, wait times for phone calls have been an hour, and when I told the pharmacy tech that I was on hold multiple times for that long waiting for my medication this week, which hasn’t been in stock when called in 4 months in a row now, she said fill your prescription or answer the phone? Well considering your a pharmacy, I would expect you to do both.
