What a great experience dealing with is dealership. From the very first call till they handed keys to my wife, it was a smooth and relaxed transaction. Kyle is a very friendly young man and is great at sales and made my purchase of a new Can-Am from a distance easy. I will be buying my next one there for sure.

I called around to numerous dealerships when I was shopping for a side by side but ultimately chose to put a deposit on one through Seminole Powersports North. It wasn’t because they were the closest dealership to me, because they weren’t (2 hours away), it was because of the person I talked to there. Right from the start Dan took the time to explain everything to me, what they had coming in, the differences in the machines, timeframes for delivery, warranty, every single detail, and he did it professionally without ever making me feel like he was busy or needing to move to the next customer. I did not get that from many of the other dealerships I called. I ultimately put a deposit down on a side by side with an approximate delivery date given by the manufacturer. With the times we are in currently with supply chain issues across the board, it ended up being delivered later than anticipated by the manufacturer. Needless to say I called Dan numerous times to see if there was an update and of course I always had more questions for him and he was always the same as our first conversation, professional, honest even if there wasn’t something positive to report, and attentive. I felt like I was his only customer even though I knew he had many. The side by side was delivered and everyone at the dealership was very helpful. I was introduced to the service folks who went over many things in the owners manual and took any questions that I had, then I met with the parts and accessories department where they answered any questions I had about accessories, products to maintain the side by side, and helmets. Then the actual purchase process was incredibly well explained and fast. The next day Dan reached out to me to see how I was liking the side by side. Following up with customers after the sale is done, in my opinion, is true professionalism and not enough people do it anymore. So I really appreciated that. I have no doubt that should I have more questions or if any issues come up, that Dan and the folks at Seminole Powersports North will take care of it. They don’t treat you like just another customer, they treat you more like a friend that is doing their best to help you with what you want or need. There is a lot more I could say but ultimately, I had a very good experience dealing with Seminole Powersports North and cannot recommend Dan enough. They have my business going forward and I have recommended Dan to family, friends, neighbors, and anyone else I have been in conversation with about the side by side or has expressed interest in anything that they sell and will continue to do so!

I arrived 30 minutes before the store closed and Dan patiently helped me to choose and purchase a Honda CBR-600 RR 2021. He got all paperwork ready for me for no time. I was impressed with his promptness. The next day Dan delivered it to my front door for free. I recommend Dan, he is the best.

My son and I had an excellent experience purchasing a 2021 Honda Trail 125 from Justin today. From his initial text to let me know a Trail 125 had just come in to finalizing the payment with Brandon, our entire visit probably took 20 minutes and was painless. No pressure, just a good experience buying a cool bike. I asked Justin to save some of the packing material and paperwork from the factory and he delivered. He made sure the original box was saved for us. In 30 years we’ll have the original box thanks to Justin. Also, Thanks again Justin for playing along and surprising my son with his early birthday gift. He had no clue I purchased the bike until you told us it was sold and when I asked who bought it you said you “you guys did”. What a great memory. After finance, you get briefed on proper break in, briefed on the manual, and briefed on additional accessories available with no pressure to buy. Squared away. Great place, we’ll buy here again.
