They were supposed to install the gutters between 12 n 4pm they call at 330pm to tell me they are gonna be 2hrs late like they just found out, made me miss work waiting for them now they wanna come last minute to do a halfass job at the end of the day very unprofessional

contractracted with Leaf filter to install gutter on my home. Sales man cut the price in half as soon as i said i had to think about it. I took off work for the install and they never showed up. I called and they rescheduled for the following Saturday again got a call the night before at 8:00 at night cancelling. Beware of this contractor.

They have an old-fashioned and negative HIGH PRESSURE sales approach. They will overcharge by $1000’s of dollars. The salesperson who came to my home insulted my intelligence, started at a crazy high price, and was willing to take more than half off when I protested...if I wrote a check that instant. I refused. Can’t I think about this, I asked? As I made my way to the front door he takes off another $1000! I mean, what is this product worth? Research tells me $6/ft...they charge $40! I needed to basically yell at the salesman to leave my home. (And then take a shower. Yuck. Sleezy. Warn your grandparents and elderly loved ones about Leaf Filter).

Gutters and Leaffilter were installed 5 years ago. Shortly after installation I noticed 2 problems and called. Someone came to the house and claims to have inspected the areas of concern, but nothing was done. My husband eventually made repairs to one area, while the 2nd area of concern ended up causing water damage to the structure of our house, now necessitating a full porch remodel. I am trying to get in touch with the company, because I will need repair/reinstall of some short segments after the remodel, but I can't seem to actually talk to anybody in the Service Department. I am really frustrated. I think it is a good product, but Customer Service stinks.
