Nice place. I’ve been looking for a big store since I moved here, most bike shops are small and carry few items. I wind up buying a lot of stuff on Amazon. I try not to do that but no other choice sometimes. Well anyway, this store is really nice and they have a nice inventory of bikes, accessories and even shoes. The people there were very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of a drive from home but these guys are my go to store from now on.

I do not recommend this bike shop, especially if you are a woman. After dropping my bike off for it to be fixed, I provided my phone number to Greg, the man who helped me. This phone number was PUT INTO THEIR SYSTEM and was to be used professionally — to provide updates on the bike, as we see with every single other business. Less than an hour after I left the bike shop, I received a message from Greg — thinking there was an issue with the bike. There was not — he sent me a personal message saying…”very nice meeting you today, it was a beautiful but slightly beautiful day to ride home”. This text also included an image of him, with his shirt zipped down revealing all of his chest. This made me extremely uncomfortable and I considered never returning, leaving my bike there and counting it as a loss. Today — I made sure he wouldn’t be working and went in to collect my bike and talk to a manager about this. The manager was completely unhelpful — and he MADE EXCUSES for his behavior. “He has a girlfriend so”, “It’s actually not his number he uses Google to text you”, “He’s actually a really nice guy”. As a MANAGER, I would’ve expected ANY type of resolution, but again all I received was excuses and a “I hope we see you again”. I did end up talking to another employee that overheard the conversation. They came out and helped me load the bike in as they noticed I was shaken up. They also apologized and said it was completely unacceptable and that this WAS A KNOWN ISSUE that had already OCCURRED BEFORE. To know that this person is KNOWN to do this and still hasn’t been FIRED for using peoples personal information for anything other than professional matters is infuriating. DO NOT GO HERE.

If you need your bike serviced, contact Greg at Outspoken, Clearwater. I brought my bike in and he quickly figured out the issue, explained what needed to happen, contacted the company and installed the new part. Throughout the process, he kept me updated on the status and when the part arrived, fixed everything in the time he said it would take. It's a 30 minute drive to get to the shop, and worth every minute for the excellent service Greg gives me. I highly recommend his services!

After being told by Chainwheel Drive (1770 Drew St) they "don't want" to work on my "Walmart bike", I reached out to Outspokin Bicycles (2241 Gulf to Bay Blvd). Right from the start, manager Greg was more than willing to hear me out and offered for me to bring my bike in immediately so the team could check it out. While in the store, Kirk, Jacob, Susan, and every other employee I interacted with was honest, respectful, and friendly. Within 10 minutes they provided me with a detailed price breakdown and offered to have my bike repaired and back to me the same day! Kirk took the extra step to load and unload my bike out of my car, which I really appreciated. The service, pricing, and efficiency of this store is unmatched. Thank you all again and I look forward to doing business with you in the future! Picture included of my bike I brought in for repairs.

They don't buy used bikes. But do have a wide selection of brand new specialized,Giant, and Felt bikes. And they offer ok at away and do price matching
I'm not sure you wouldn't have to call and ask But they are good people and I'm pretty sure they can help you find somebody that would buy it
No
They have many options for bike lights for front and rear And also many options for bells and horns. The store has a great selection. It's worth a look for sure!
