Thank you for being open on Memorial Day and for one of our carry out meals having no sides, one of which we paid extra for. And, none of the sauce packs thrown in the bag were what we ordered either. No clue how you can screw up the process of what’s on the order receipt goes in the bag, then maybe double check it. Meat was good I got but I am still hungry. They offered to refund the extra $1.50 I paid for the side upgrade, or come back to pick up missing items. If you would have offered something fair for missing half my meal, I might still be a future customer. REVISED**Well Sonny's reads these reviews and not only replied quickly but refunded out entire bill, which I cant wait to spend on another BBQ sampler meal, this time checking for my sides before leaving. Thanks y, all - great chow and even better customer service.

So I’ve come here all the time and it’s been delicious every time. I always expect good food from here and I never go wrong with the pulled pork sandwich, but I just got back from the drive thru and open my sandwich to see pale looking pulled pork. After tasting it, I assume it was either undercooked or unsmoked because it didn’t have that smokey flavor and it was super tender. I was very disappointed considering how much I love Sonny’s and the high expectations I have for it. This is sadly the first time I’ve been disappointed with their food. I hate giving a bad review, but I just paid $12 for a meal I could barely eat. I just gave the meat to my dog so at least it didn’t go to waste.

Came here for lunch. Restaurant was clean and well-lighted. We were seated quickly. The food arrived to our table in good time. The food here today was delicious. We had a good experience and will definitely return again.
