Why doesn't anyone answer the phone? I've called several times in the last couple days. The phone rings and rings but no one answers the phone. This is a terrible way to do business. Half of the screens are ripped, paint peeling off the front of the building that was recently painted, trash all over the association, hallways full of grass and left that way week after week. River oaks association 4 is in terrible condition. Wise is not doing their job.

River oaks association 4 is not getting properly insertions. Screens are ripped out of 1/4 of the patios, patios are used as storage visible to everyone, landscapers don't blow out hallways, and paint is peeling off the front of the building. Ky dose not return phone calls or emails. When I call the properly manager for river oaks 2 he calls back same day. Maybe we should discuss this with Denise the president.

I've lived in Manhattan Palms Condominiums for over a year now, and need to tell you that thanks to our manager, Frank, we all enjoy safe, quiet and clean community. Furthermore, on a few occasions I reached out because I needed a few things and Frank addressed them right away and in a very timely manner. Very good example of what a true professional is.
