Wish I could give this place 0 Stars. I need my sewing machine fixed ASAP caz the needle broke into the machine. When my husband called and ask them when to come by they said no appointment necessary and to come over as soon as possible. It's a half an hour away from me drove all the way there and there was a sign saying they were closed and out to lunch. It also said they wouldn't be back for another hour. Obviously they should make a designated time for one to come in to drop off sewing machines especially if you're going to go out to lunch at a weird time. So disappointed will take my business elsewhere.

I needed a few missing parts to my machine and the owner said that he will only help me if I am one of his clients. He has definitely lost me as a future client and will never call him to service my industrial machine.

I have been going to joy sewing machines for years. They have always provided me with great courteous service for both repairs and purchases. Unlike the other sewing machine repair shops in town who give you ballpark repair estimates over the phone joy prefers to see the machine and give you the correct price. I called to another repair place in town.They quoted me $129 over the phone. I left the machine and when I went to pick it up it the bill was $250. The machine broke down 2 months later. Joy had seen the machine and quoted $199. I should had left it with joy. He has repaired two machines for me and they have been perfect ever since.
