Every one is friendly and no one minds taking the time out of their training to teach you the proper way of doing things, nothing but good vibes and hard workers in this gym. I highly recommend this gym, if it was 10 stars on here I’d give it 100

I love this gym it’s not just huge and spacious but it’s some much equipment I can use to get in better shape and the price is probably the best rates in the area they also have intense classes with great Instructors that’s gonna push you to be great…NOW COME ON LETS GET THAT WORK!!

Great place. If you want to learn how to box come here. These coaches are here to make you the best boxer you can be. Personally I come to work as hard as I can. If you don’t wanna be the best boxer you can be. Then still come because they will always provide what they know to help you. They are very kind people.👍

I have no idea why josh made me do the sit-ups on the bench with my head way below the waist without figuring out it might cause me back injury. I felt it a bit difficult but I thought he knew better. That’s why we pay for trainers, right ? I asked him and he said i “might just feel some soreness”. I can’t get out of bed today, been using cold and hot compresses. That was the last exercise I did there and I remember vividly being asked to lay on that bench a number of times while there were at least 6 people around boxing, sweating heavily about 5-6ft away and talking with all these infectious droplets being spread and no mask in sight. I didn’t go to the bench until people started walking away and the air somewhat cleared. Josh does not wear a mask and keeps 2ft distance when talking to you, 1ft when boxing with you, and It is extremely difficult for me to work out with a mask on with my mild asthma. I kept trying to maintain some distance especially with the current situation in Florida. I’m sorry but “wiping equipment” and leaving sanitizers around in no way makes up for the airborne contamination even if it makes the gym look like it’s a safe place. With the intense heat and humidity that keep elements lingering in the air, the gym is definitely not the right place to be at this time. Josh got sick at one point and during the next class I was shocked he wasn’t even wearing a mask. Instead of having the decency to apologize for not following sanitary Measures and exposing his trainee, he was humiliated by my asking him “you’re not wearing a mask ? You were sick...” and reprimanded me loudly. That is just beyond ridiculous. It was overall an alright experience, the man does not have a lot of passion (anymore?) for what he does. Thanks for the 12 sessions.
