The customer service stinks. I don't know who train these people they are not train on customer service. They don't repeat your order when you get to the window.They don't tell you thank you they act like the customer should be thanking them. Mangers train your team members

Chicken was NOT! fresh Green Beans were cold. I should have known something was wrong when I didnt smell the aroma of the food, on the way home

I purchased a Chicken fried Chicken meal no spice and this is what they gave me in the first picture. I went back and complain and the Hispanic manager on duty had a whole attitude because I complained about my food. He wanted me to pay for a whole new meal they messed up. I refused to pay for a whole new meal and ask can they make me a new chicken fried chicken. The second picture is what I got. I will not ever go back to that Williams chicken. On top of that someone else came while I was waiting and had a burnt chicken sandwich they was bringing. back, smh.. He is not manager material and need to be fired or put in a regular employee position. Waste of my money..
