Uses robo dialer to call and leave generic messages. Scammer *Edit: yes, you use automated Robo callers to place calls and then you have a call center that picks them up if someone picks up the call. It’s illegal. Stop using Robo callers. Stop scamming, stop being shady.

I don't typically post reviews unless I find it necessary to inform others before dealing with companies such as the ones listed. I called and spoke with an agent about a medical bill that they said that I hadn't paid. 2016 health first was notified and faxed receipt. 4 years later I have a ding on my credit because they implied that it was never received. When I called to speak with an agent I had told her that the receipt was sent and she told me that it was not and instead I had refused and hung up on them, as per the note she was reading on the account. I advise that there must be some confusion because that was not the conversation, the staff then implied that it was the conversation because she had remembered speaking to me personally for years prior and that I had done those things to her. In utter disbelief, I asked if I could speak to someone else due to the tension in the communication I felt. I then was transferred to the director, she kept me on speakerphone without me knowing while she was sitting next to the agent that had previously taken my call. The few moments that I was unmute was the few moments that I am sure they were enjoying together because I soon as the director picked up the phone she began to Imply that she could hear the conversation I was having with the agent and she was absolutely right. Yet I hadn't even said why I was upset. And instead of allowing me to DE escalate or state my concerns she continuously talked over me. She would not allow me to finish my sentence and when I asked her to please allow me to finish speaking she told me no and it was because I kept saying the same thing over and over. She repeatedly said something and then backtracked what she said. She told me that she was not sitting next to the agent even though prior she had said that she was sitting next to the agent and heard what the agent was telling me. She said I was not on speaker and though I know she was because i could hear the echo. I also could tell that I was on speaker phone because she was making comments such as "who is she even talking to" to the agent sitting next to her. Then when I asked her about being on speaker phone she immeadiy picked up the phone and said that she had every right to have others listening in on her conversation with me. This is the director of the agency. So I replied, *you just said you weren't on speaker* and she said I was but I removed it because you asked. LIE. The customer service Of this agency is TERRIBLE nothing like anything I have ever experienced in my life. My credit rating is almost to an excellent level. This is over a $94 payment that they told me they notified me in 2016 when I hung up on them. No other notification was received for 4 years??? and this is how I was treated when trying to rectify the situation. I got my account number and the details associated with how to Take care of everything on line so I no longer had to deal with an agent on the phone or the director of the company. The director provided me the details I needed and told me that I would not need to contact themfor anything else if I took care of it that way. Lo and behold I go to log on to the account and the information I was provided with incorrect. Not only did the director of the agency Provide the poorest customer service I have ever experienced in my life but had also manage to make an even more difficult for me to pay a bill that had already been paid by providingMe the wrong details associated with my account. After 25 minutes of trying to log in I had to give up and call the agency back. That's right again I had no other choice but to contact this agency. I'm not saying that their director purposely gave me the wrong information but I am suggesting that the over all experience doesn't likey seemed to be coincidental

I was disconnected 2 times while trying to resolve a debt. 1st disconnect, I was rerouted to another agent right before I was going to give my CC info to pay the debt. The 2nd agent said they're having problems with the technology. The 2nd time I was disconnected after giving my CC info to the other agent and was waiting on my confirmation number. I had to call back to get my confirmation # and am now the 10th person in line, when before I was the 2nd caller and it took 10 minutes on hold. So annoying.
