No need to go back! Rude from entry into the door. No greeting whatsoever. The boss was counting money, once she finished asked for a name for service. The tech called my Auntie back. Seated her in the chair and started the cut. Stopped to help two other employee's purchase a product, for personal use. All three argued about their discount percentage, in front of the clientele. Went back to finish the cut and check out which Auntie paid along w a tip. No thanks or any other words were offered. Tech seem quite surprised when Auntie asked if thanks was in order for the tip. Covid has changed what we find acceptable but these people are "professional" not some bloke off the street filling a spot.

I usually come here for my hair cut due to convenience not necessarily because of the employees. I usually get sub par service when I go, but this last time Heather really took care of me. I told her my sob story of all the issues I have been having with my hair not growing and how I have given up. I told her to just save my hair because everything I have been doing to make it grow just killed it more. And she did a great job. Gave me some new advice and really took her time. Every other stylist I have gone to there takes about 5 minutes with my hair, but not her, she did her job and did it well! She deserves 5 stars... the minus one is because of prior visits I have had and the up selling of the products is a little much. I know it's part of their job, but doesnt mean we like it.

This afternoon I had my second haircut from Kelly. Not only is she very personable, she gives the best haircut I’ve had in a long time. The shop is very clean and the other stylists seem very friendly. I look forward to more haircuts from Kelly when I come back to Bradenton next winter.

Came here today and it had different people working. I told them how i want my sons haircut. I said to the skin on sides and back. She takes him and cuts it. Before paying I said it's suppose to be to the skin. She made excuses about how her trimmer don't do that and other people's can. Well why did you take him and not tell me it wasn't going to be how I want it. I will not be back. $15 cut and I will have to take him to get it fixed elsewhere. So much for satisfaction guaranteed.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
