Avoid this place at all costs especially if you’re an immigrant. There’s only one person there who helps you with genuine care and she’s in office #2 , very nice African American lady. Every other woman in there beside her is racist and treat you with disdain and no care at all , has absolutely no interest in helping anyone and will wipe their hands simply telling you to call a number or go online. Unless you’re white with blonde hair and blue eyes and speak perfect English, you’ won’t have such a pleasant time here. Avoid this office , it’s just sad.

Dcf employees should be all fired immediately They're giving everybody the run around and they got a bunch of phone numbers that are going in a circle and how in a circle and have no way of helping people and it seems like they have no plan to help people, I am trying to help a lady restore her food stamps and it seems to be an impossible task from people who have no clue what they're doing are they doing it is on purpose to hurt the governor of the great state of Florida

Does anyone work here my case got denied and they stated I failed to turn anything in which is a lie and there is proof on their system i turned it in time. I am making a formal complaint. Guys request a hearing that is what I am doing i will also be contacting the governor's office this is completely unprofessional of these people you can never get anyone on the phone.

Never would have believed how awful this place is if I hadn't experienced it myself. It took forever to get recertified even though they had my paperwork 2 weeks before it was due. I was told I wouldn't lose any of my benefits even though it was 10 days late due to their incompetence. Finally they posted my benefits for January on the 29th. Then nothing for February. The benefits for March are posted but they skipped Febuary. Been trying to call the last 2 days. Was on hold yesterday for 5 hours and 57 minutes and then it disconnected. Was on hold today for 3 hours and 7 minutes then it disconnected. I would be ashamed to work there.
