I switched to Weninger Dentistry after having an ongoing disappointing experience with my over twenty some years Dentist and his staff. My elderly mother has been a patient of Dr. Scott for a few years now and after watching how patient, kind and professional Dr. Scott and the staff was with her, it made my decision to move easy and one I am very happy with. I have been undergoing an implant procedure and I am very pleased with the quality and care at Weninger Dentistry. Dr. Scott actually calls me after each phase of the treatment to check on me. I have never had a doctor do that. From the front desk services to Dr. Scott's professional bedside manners with his assistants and with me. I know I am in great hands. Ashley, Angela and Linda do an excellent job in what they do. They are very professional and always welcoming. I highly recommend Weninger Dentistry to anyone looking for high quality, compassionate dental care.

I went here after being told by another dentist I needed a root canal. I didn't trust their decision and turns out I don't need one according to Dr Scott. In my experience with dentists they tend to recommend work that doesn't really need to be done to line their pockets and I appreciate a dentist who doesn't do this and to avoid the unnecessary pain and expense. Dr Scott is personable and professional. The rooms are separated by walls so you have privacy and don't feel like you're on a production line. The office is clean and the front office staff are pleasant and professional. I will definitely be back.

I had my first visit a few days ago. After searching through almost all of the dental offices in the Tampa area, I came across this one, and I am so happy I did. I was so nervous as this would be my first ever dental visit but Amada was so kind and welcoming towards me. She let me know everything she was doing in my mouth and gave me a break when I needed one. Dr. Scott and his assistant were so kind and explained everything thoroughly during my exam. The whole team are the most gentle and welcoming people! I recommend this dentist to anyone with dental anxiety and I am almost excited to come back for my next visit!

New patient as of November 2021. Amazing practice. Great office staff and even better docs. Dr Michelle and Dr Scott both are very professional and courteous. So far I’ve had my cleaning, fillings, extraction and graft done with them. All with complete confidence. The building and office are super clean and neat and very appealing to the eye. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, which I have already done with a number of my colleagues. Nothing but great things to say!

When should children start seeing the dentist?

According to the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) children should begin having dental visits as early as six months of age and no later than one year of age. This is when a child’s baby teeth begin to appear, so it is a good idea to have your dentist examine these first few teeth. Following the first visit, your dentist can help determine when your child’s next visit should be. Schedule an appointment with Weninger Dentistry to begin care for the little smiles in your family!

If I am not having problems with my teeth, do I still need to see a dentist?

Weninger Dentistry, PLLC | Sep 3, 2018
Weninger Dentistry, PLLC | Sep 3, 2018

Though your teeth may feel fine, you may have issues that are not yet causing symptoms, which will cause pain and problems later. Regular check-ups, ideally every six months, will allow your dentist to discover a compromised tooth or developing gum issues early on, before they have a chance to develop into serious problems. Schedule your appointment with Weninger Dentistry to make sure any dental issues you may have are being addressed.
