They have a really good selection of freshwater and saltwater fish. Very exotic plecaustomas blue lobster, etc... The tanks are also really clean.

If I could give a zero i would. I went into the store to purchase a hood for my tank, I picked it a box that said 36" but nothing as far as width. I told the employee the size I needed and she said what I had was fine. Well I got home and it was not the size I need. So I went back with the receipt and I'm guessing it was the owner at the register when I walked in. I told him the situation and he said all over the store are signs that say no refunds. I was shocked. I understand having a no refund policy under certain circumstances but you also need customer service and common sense . He had no interest in discussing this with me. I went to a local shop for customer service and he was severely lacking in that. I now have a credit in that store that I really don't want to do business with but it is what it is. I will in the future deal with the larger stores I have had better service in the past with them

Mind-blowingly under educated staff told me it was a waste of time and completely not necessary to test my water before adding fish in a new aquarium will never return to this store

I recently decided to set up a tank and purchase some fish and was recommended to try out this store. Last Tuesday I went in and spoke with the owner/manager. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and frank with me about types of fish, care, and various, other products. I left that day with three fish. I went back in today (3/1) and again spoke with the owner who was once again friendly and helpful. After a free water test to make sure that the tank was in good health he directed me to various fish that would make good tank mates. Im so happy this store was brought to my attention and i will be shopping here in the future.
