It's a fairly bare-bones facility (in the expected vain of state-funded addiction treatment operations). You will be facing an inherently uphill battle due to the somewhat significant presence of the population actively engaging in use or distribution on their free time, usually at a nearby location. So staying clean will be a facet that is regularly put to the test. If this is your only option and you genuinely want recovery, I'd say know what you're headed into and do everything in your power to make the most of it and transition to a more favorable environment when possible.

Can't get a returned phone call. Can't get mail that has been sent OUT OR IN; from or TO patients. Can't find the information needed (which required the call/mail in the first place) online anywhere because there is NO information regarding ANYTHING there!! I would think they would have a better success rate with family and loved one's support. I guess success rate and/or success in general is not of importance at this facility? SMH

Don’t let your loved ones go here This is a prison type atmosphere Family is not allowed to have copy of rules and cannot even have coffee or water during visitations Counselors are extremely unqualified Staff is rude They seems to make up rules as they go & choose who they are going to make follow them. There is no physical activity They say there are outings but that apparently was only once and only for 10 of the 90 residents This is not a therapeutic environment where anyone can find healing They always put everyone on lockdown due the actions of a couple No going to gym or outside. No visitations or phone calls. WHY???? Where are going to find any kind of recovery? My son has 2 herniated discs in his back and is forced to sit in groups 10 hours a day Have you ever heard of sitting disease? Directors do not return phone calls This entire experience is just making depression worse It’s insane they are allowed to get away with this

They do help people in need and if you are willing to do your part it can be a great choice for those seeking housing placement.

If the person you are trying to visit has it set up prior to you showing up with them...always communicate with the staff and they will do all they can to help you
If the person that you're bringing the hat to is on a stage where he's going out for work then most likely ues
