We stopped by Thursday evening to try on (for the first time) a pair of Birkenstock shoes. The sales associate (#11369) was so helpful! We called in the morning to confirm the store hours, and on the call she offered to check to see if they had my husband's sizes in stock. She remembered the call when we got there (and sadly she remembered my name but I don't remember hers!), measured my husband's feet, and happily retrieved a variety of sizes based on her experience on which styles ran smaller or roomier. She was pleasant, informative, and totally dedicated to our happiness. She said she was just filling in at this location but I hope she stays, it is the closest store to our house. With her excellent recommendations and assistance we left with not only the shoes we had planned to buy but a pair of amazing Finn sandals as well. Thanks again!

Had a great experience. Never really purchased shoes, always a sandals person but needed a really good set of work shoes since I'd be on my feet all day. Happy Feet Plus was an extremely pleasant experience! John made the experience really good, helped me with all my questions and concerns. Might have made a customer for life! Other shoe stores you walk in and need to know what you're looking for, employees aren't really there to help just make sure you aren't taking shoes. Happy feet takes the time to explain everything and really make sure you understand what you're buying and why it helps. Would definitely recommend for anyone that isn't sure what they need for shoes or just looking for a more pleasant shoe buying experience.

I came last night to get new shoes. I went in there almost in tears because of how terrible my bruised feet were. I stand for 8 hours a day, so my veins were swollen, my back hurts, everything else. Chelsea immediately took charge to make me not only physically feel better, but emotionally as well. I really appreciated that she sat down , not forcing any sort of sale on me and genuinely wanted to empathize with me and my issues to resolve them. i am now standing at work for the last 4 hours straight and have not had any sort of issues. our feet hold our entire weight, you need to visit this store and get yourself some good shoes. your body absolutely deserves it. i bought the kenkoh, birkenstock in soles, and brooks shoes. i trust this place with my wallet and im so glad to have found it. thank you for being there for me and i am so happy with the package i purchased.
