I work out of town, was looking for a place to park my camper, checked it out. WOW!!! The place looked like a awful campers sitting around littering the road and entrance, old rotten campers sitting around. And old mattress leaning on tree and junk everywhere...now that said, the place does have lots of potential, it could be a beautiful place to visit...

I'm sorry, we do not have electric or water set up. We are located in a flood plain and flood zone and have never had it brought down. Our campers use generators and bring their own water. We do offer spacious sites for as little as $450.00 for the 6 month camping season. I hope this answers all your questions.
Prices vary depending on the spot you pick, as in river front or double lot. As far as year round, it is along the river and is open seasonally from April 15th to October 15 and you must store your camper during the off season
