As a Medicare broker on the phone all day helping seniors, I need my home and office staying real cool - especially here in Bradenton where it’s been over 90 all week. That’s why I was happy Dwayne dropped by today to do a free and thorough inspection on the new system Mr A/C installed a few months ago. We were contacting AC companies for an estimate to moving our old unit. All the estimates basically explained the difficulties in pursing our goal. Mr.AC had sent Dwanyne Middleton over. He stuck out with his sincere demeanor and his patience dealing with the fact that what we were asking for was not practical. He did this even though the end result was he was talking us out of our plan. This honesty and patience knowing that he would not be getting business out of this visit was educational and much appreciated. He answered all our questions and if we ever do pursue AC work of repair he gained our trust with his professionalism and patience.

Mr AC installed a new A/C unit for us 8 yrs ago when he was first starting out. He gave us a fair price and we have been very pleased . Since then we have had the coils cleaned once ( we have pets) and I tend to forget to renew the service contract but sure enough when I came home, it was 82 inside! So I called, I didn’t have a contract but the nice secretary had Dwayne here within the hour. He diagnosed a capacitor, checked out the whole system, made some recommendations and repaired the system and before I knew it, the house was cool again. I know they are all excellent techs but Dwayne was extra professional, thank you! I did purchase a new contract too.

Your technician, Mr. Dwayne Middleton, came to our home this morning following our request for maintenance service to our Ac unit. It was a very pleasant experience. Mr. Middleton did a excellent job. He was professional and thorough, respectful and polite. He took the time to explain in details the work completed and what was required to be done on our unit. At no time did he try to pressure us in buying extra services. He gave us a well written report with details and costs. We really appreciated his visit.
