Thank you so much Steve, and Pat for thinking of absolutely everything to make this our BEST vacation ever! Your condo is hands down the most beautiful and well stocked we have stayed in. Our boys loved fishing everyday (and night) right on the harbor, and at pier 60. You had recommended “ Holy Crepe” right across the street and it did not disappoint. We ate there for breakfast multiple times trying both the sweet, and savory crepes, who knew they were so delicious?! Also, our daughter loved celebrating her 18th birthday in Florida, your kitchen was equipped with everything . We especially loved the beach cart you have in the cabana. Oh my it made such a huge difference from all those years dragging everything through the sand. The big rubber wheels were a GOD send!! We will be back!

We loved our stay at Steve and Patricia’s condo! It was beautiful, spotless and within walking distance to almost everything we needed. We are a family of 6 with older children and the condo was spacious enough for all of us. The condo is well equipped with all of the essentials to meet our needs. The beach items were fantastic and a huge money saver, as we didn’t need to worry about renting beach cabanas. Communication with Steve and Pat was great. They were available for any questions, reminders, and to offer area suggestions. We are so glad we picked this beautiful condo for our vacation and hope to visit again someday. We already miss the beautiful harbor view and breathtaking sunrises.

My siblings and I (and our significant others) stayed in Clearwater for a week, and I can not say enough wonderful things about our stay in at Patricia and Steve's condo. 1. The condo was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. It was also very quiet, which was perfect for relaxing. We had every amenity we could have needed. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the balcony every morning to eat breakfast and watch the dolphins in the bay. 2. The location was perfect. We walked almost everywhere, but if we did need to Uber/Lyft somewhere, it was no more than a 10-12 minute ride. 3. Communication with Patricia and Steve was personable, effective, and timely. We are forever grateful that they shared their second home with us. I wish everyone could experience their condo in Clearwater. Thank you, Patricia and Steve!

Great Large Condo We had a sudden change in plans and decided we would be staying in Clearwater and luck was on our side when we found this condo. The owners are wonderful to work with and very responsive to any questions. The condo has three large bedrooms and a beautiful view off the large balcony. Furniture was all very comfortable and nice large tv in living room and master. Enjoyed the soaking tub after long days riding our bikes on The Pinellas Trail. Thanks to Patricia and Steve for being so great and sharing their condo with us.
