He listened to what I was looking for, made suggestions based on what I wanted, was willing to calculate any and all pricing options for me and even double checked various shipping dates on his own. I felt like he truly wanted to help me, which was the polar opposite of how I was treated at a R&F earlier that day. I would recommend visiting Doughty’s (and especially Arch) to anyone.
