The person who came out did a very detailed job. Our lawn looks better than it ever has, thank you!

I initially gave LaGrow a one star rating which you can read below. And for the reason behind the one star, that stands. The five star rating is for the installation of my system. I was asked by LaGrow to change my one star rating once they competed the work. Five star rating Brennan did an amazing job installing my system. Prior to him starting the work I had a few questions. He very respectfully, plainly, and in a detailed manner answered all my questions. Once the installation was complete he carefully explained the water flow through each piece of equipment and how that piece interacted with the water. Again I had several questions and he answered them completely ensuring my understanding of each explanation before moving on to the next question. He helped me to see and understand why LaGrow is so well liked in this area. Thank you Brennan. One Star Rating Need a solid filtration system to get clean water into my house. They gave me a quote in October 2021. I paid in full. They said it would be installed by November 20th 2021. In early December after no installation and no contact from them, I reached out. I got the supply issue song and dance. I said I can't believe they haven't done any installations since October 2021. They said I wasn't a priority. I threatened to cancel my order because I had paid in full. They promised to make me a priority and give me weekly updates. They gave me an update the following week in December 2021.I haven't heard from them since. If I don't hear from them by February 20th with good news I am canceling my order. I have already contacted a company in Fort Myers. They can install and for a little less money and that includes them coming up here. LaGrow has been a very disappointing experience since they haven't kept a single promise to me.

We contacted LaGrow on Tuesday that we needed irrigation repairs. They told us they would come to do service on Thursday & would call before coming to our home. Megan called around 4pm to say the service guys would be coming after they made 1 other call. Brennan & Josh were able to replace & set the 5 irrigation heads that weren't working correctly. They were professional and had all the parts & equipment they needed to complete the job on a timely basis. Thanks Brennan & Josh for a job well done. This was our 1st experience with LaGrow & we will call them if need our irrigation repaired.

They installed original water pump system to the well a few years ago before I purchased my home. Their contact information stickers are on the equipment. I got system serviced a year ago to make sure water softener and filtration systems were working fine. All was excellent. They provided great customer service and fair price. Recently, I had an issue with low water pressure at 10 psi and they came out the same day to diagnose the issue. I was panicking since I had family in town visiting. They assured me that they would come out soon. The problem happened to be electrical after they checked the system out. I had to call an electrician to fix power line to shed where pump is located. The water pressure is now back to 50 psi and water pump is humming along fine. There was never any issues with their install and equipment. They are very friendly, honest, thorough and accommodating.

What is the cost in labor to change a sprinkler two zone well pump

Robert Cozier | Sep 2, 2020

Labor on irrigation is $80 for the first hour and after that prorated on half hour. Changing out an average irrigation pump estimated unseen is about 1 - 1 1/2 hr. plus materials & sales tax. Hope this helps. Thanks for thinking of us.
