Closes too early! Every time I walk in after 10:30 pm all I hear is attn Ross shoppers! Went in for a cheap car charger, a whole $4 later I had one! Lesson Learned. Have dog drinking water out of cup in cupholder. Cup holders full of water because of the messy way dogs get water in. . iPhone had a braided cable sometimes nearing the water (what happens next is not what you are thinking) So I reached in to make sure cable was plugged into charger and got burnt!? Hot. No way, so I reach in again grab it Ouch mother f’er was hot. Still not believing it I grabbed a third time! USB part was melted to charger. So cable lands in water no big deal right? Right. It was the braiding that let the water get in to the charger. Luckily my luck did not interfere here and the iPhone was not hurt.

This was a good time to visit as the store seemed to have kore stock and it was less busy. The pricing is usually very affordable but can be tricky if you are looking for a popular item. This store appears to be geared towards women as the entire center area of the store is dedicated towards women’s clothes. The Men’s area is quite small by comparison. Sizes are not difficult to find but XL and XXL are quickly sold. Great place for name brand merchandise when you can find it.

Good place and nice prices except for the clothes and shoes that aren’t in perfect condition,I don’t think that clothes with stain or shoes with peeled vinyl should be at the same price as the rest of the merchandise or even sold at all. But overall they have good customer service and things are organized

April 6, 2022 @8:50PM This is my local Ross and have been coming here for 5+ years. I will never be back Otila did an exchange for me and was so rude. The item I wanted to exchange didn't have a price on it and she said it's 12.99 I then told her that the others said 11.99 and she said you have to go grab it. I asked if she could or if she could ask an employee to grab it for me since I have stitches on my leg. She then prompted to say I'm not going to wobble all the way over there you're going to have to if you want it for 11.99 I then asked to be checked out by someone else then the other employee said I'm sorry ma'am but next time if something doesn't have a price you will have to bring the item with you in a professional tone. I just want to say that Otila could just have been more professional and not say I'm not walking over there, I'm not going to wobble over there to go get that is highly unprofessional. I suggest she gets customer experience and communication training. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
