I just left Last Tangle & I am beyond happy with my experience. Let me preface this by saying today is my birthday & due to poor planning I hadn’t made any appointments & decided at the last minute I wanted my hair done. I had stopped at 2 salons I was familiar with prior to Last Tangle & were told they were booked. It being a Saturday I knew it would be hard to find somewhere to take me as a last minute walk in. I found Last Tangle on Google & it was the best thing that happened !! The receptionist was extremely helpful & pleasant over the phone & advised me come in for service. I was immediately taken to the shampoo bowl by my stylist Carol. She was professional, kind & comforting. I have thicker, wavy hair & she used the right amount of product & heat on my hair & exceeded my expectations !! I definitely plan on returning but I will be sure to make an appointment. Thank you to the ladies of Last Tangle for saving the day !!

From just walking into the door it was a great experience! The staff greats you with a smile! I had no wait time for my schedualed apt with my stylist Polly. She started with a consult and listed to all my ideas/concerns, looked over my example pictures, and evaluated my current hair color in order to make the best decisions on color treatments. Everyone there was happy, busy, and willing to help with customers and other stylists. The color turned out better then I had pictured! I even left with the right choice in shampoo&conditioner to keep my color bright and hair healthy. Will be back soon and most definitely will recommend.

I went to this salon to get a haircut. I have been here before and saw the same stylist and it turned out OK but that was just trim. This time I wanted my pixie cut back. My hair was very short but a grown out pixie. When she was finished with the haircut I could not get a good look at the back I just assumed it was good since the last time it was fine. However, when I got home I looked closer and the back was very uneven. I asked that she didn't cut too short in the back and there are very uneven areas which have very short hair. She didn't clean up the perimeter either. Parts of my perimeter in the back had very long hair while the interior was very short. The back also came to a point/V. This haircut was $40 so it is not a cheap haircut. I also was a hairstylist in a salon and we charged $20. The woman was very nice I would just expect a better haircut for that price. I will not be returning. I ended up just trimming the back myself. The stylist also mentioned to another stylist oh she has very thick hair. My hair is not thick at all I have very normal hair.

If you're getting your hair cut, ask for a length that's at least 8 inches longer than you actually want. I went to get my waist length hair cut for the first time in 6 years and specifically said I wanted to take some length off but not …April, it saddens me that this was your experience today. The standard that I hold my salon to was not met. I will be addressing this situation to the stylist who did your hair. We will learn from this experience and thrive to do better.
