Was a memeber of this gym for over a year snd hands down my favorite gym. Love the equipment and atmosphere. Feels like being part of a family when I was there. The owner Evan I would consider one of my good friends was always good to me. Even when I moved away and had a baby he still keeps in touch every week to check up and see how everything is going. Best gym and best owner hands down

This gym has a close knit and family vibe that I like! The new owner Evan has done great things to make improvements in the gym and his hard work shows! I also love the fact that I can see what’s going on weekly through the Instagram page and now I can order shirts online! Keep up the good work GSB team!

I’ve done day passes at this gym a few times and recently joined. It’s an amazing atmosphere where everyone wants to help you get stronger. Top notch bars, racks , and accessories for everything from body building to string man. The best kept secret in south Jersey.
