Got there exactly at 9am when they are supposed to open. Door is locked and there is a sign that says due to covid stay in your car and call the number to get in line and to check on your insurance I was the first one there. 5 more people came and we were all calling no one was answering I probably called about 20 times and waited until 9:40 and decided to not waste my time and leave You would think an urgent care would be more responsible with their operating hours but i guess not this place

The facility is extremely out dated and not very clean. The staff is friendly but they lack no medical knowledge at all. You can definitely tell that they are not certified medical assistants or nurses. When they take your blood pressure they don’t even have a regular machine, they have a low budget one that doesn’t even give accurate results. The doctors I haven’t really had an issue with in the past but they self diagnose a lot and don’t even do testing to see if it’s accurate. They also prescribe medication very easily which is not always safe. People become resistant to certain antibiotics if they’re prescribed often which is why you should rely on lab results. It’s just over all a very low budget urgent care. If you have something simple and quick that you need to see a doctor for like a UTI or something that isn’t that serious I would recommend maybe going here but anything else I definitely would never come here. I would find another facility or just go to the emergency room. Definitely more competent staff and doctors in the ER.

Listen to the reviews people are leaving. I didn’t and I ended up having the same experience. Extremely rude doctor, I don’t even know how he’s employed as one in the first place. He ignored me, used scared tactics, and didn’t make sense at all. To the point I don’t trust the medicine he prescribed. The only reason this place is even running I bet is because of the nice nurse who helped me. He was great and should look for employment else where for another doctor more deserving and worth while.
