I am a regular at this location and the 2 girls who usually work the counter know me by name. Today, I guess it was the franchise’s owner was working the counter and service was quick as usual and the sandwiches were good as usual. The owner did make comment to one of the associates that they needed to put menus is all bags or they they could be written up. I understand and appreciate company policy but I’d like to give a quick bit of advice to this person, do not discipline or threaten discipline to your team members in front of customers or clients. We don’t like to see it. Especially a customer that has an already high opinion of your business. Employee discipline should always be private and confidential.

It's Primo's... You can't really say too much negatively about em. They are as best as you can get, when a traditional Italian Hoagie place that has Sarcone rolls isn't around.

The food is always fresh,the hoagies are not skimpy and the staff are both friendly and helpful and most importantly the store is always clean and the wait for your order isn't long.

Great customer service! Waited for about 10 minutes because their system was down, they took down my order, then gave it to me for free for the wait! Great food and great service!That's what we like to hear! Thanks for the review:)
