USC fertility has gone so far downhill that it is truly sad. Neither Dr. Bendrickson or Dr. Ho work there anymore and I can now understand why they left. We have been patients for many years and spent much more money then I am willing to admit publicly and now they have merged with another clinic (HRC fertility) and won't even respond to important emails or provide medical records after months of politely asking . After countless visits with our USC doctor who we really liked but was wise enough to leave USC fertility after they merged with HRC, they now want us to pay $350 extra and start from scratch as if we were a new patient just to come in and have a consult with a new doctor so we can simply be told what we have frozen with them. I really hope this post alerts them to how bad their office staff has become and we will be sent our medical records, but to any future patients considering USC fertility, please do not trust your medical health and the future of your family with such a troubled disorganization that has such high doctor turnover.

There's a total weard front desk at this place who didn't want to schedule an appointment with me just because I don't know the MEDICAL TERMS OF MY PROCEDURE !!!! IS THIS POSSIBLE?

We had great success with USC and Dr Baker. Before coming here we did 3 IUIs with Kaiser and I had two pretty traumatic miscarriages. Because of this, we opted to test our embryos before implanting. Our first round we didn’t get anything viable. It was gut-wrenching. Dr Baker was supportive, kind and, most importantly, determined. We added growth hormone in the second round at her suggestion and ended up with 4 viable embryos! And now we are parents to a wonderful baby girl. The nurses are also very kind—you get to know them when you have to go almost every day! I paired my treatment with acupuncture from Elysia Life Care (the best!) and the staff here really worked to accommodate having someone join me for acupuncture on my transfer day. No one asked me for this review, I just know when I was looking for answers reviews were where I turned. Best of luck!

My husband and I are eternally grateful to the USC Fertility team, we are currently 32 weeks pregnant with a baby boy! We were taken care of by Dr. Bendikson and her RN Vicki, who were always available to answer any of our questions promptly via email. USC Fertility and its staff are organized, thoughtful, caring and empathetic to those of us who need fertility treatments. I'm thankful to have found a fertility care team that I trust and uses the most up-to-date academic medicine in achieving fertility success. I went though two rounds of IVF in order to become pregnant... Dr. Bendikson and her staff were always supportive throughout this emotional (and at times very taxing) journey. My husband and I highly recommend all the physicians, RN's and staff at USC Fertility.

They dont take insurance, is all thru loan they can provide you info or cash, credit cards, check No insurance though, they are very friendly and they know what they are doing. Always keep your options open when it comes to fertility clinic you will know which one is the right for you.
