The food was good "our waitress " was good the other on was horrible cussing, attitude towards customers I've not stopped in here for two years and I'm disappointed that things have changed dramatically to employ someone who won't better your business but take customers away. I came in because it's always been a well managed business and family run. Please stop lowering your standards by employing people who don't care about your business or customers and never allow them to act like that without reprimand when you see them doing that.

Went there yesterday morning for breakfast with my husband. We noticed right off the bat that all breakfast specials were taken off the menu. So now to have two eggs each with Canadian bacon and coffee cost us $26. My potatoes were cold as was the toast. The waitress was pleasant enough and I tipped her as this food was not a reflection on her. When I went to the counter to pay the bill I brought it to the attention of the gentleman who was sitting behind the counter, all of a sudden another man who is standing up and I guess was the owner told me he didn’t want to hear my attitude . I told him he just lost a customer and I will not be returning back to the Stratford diner ever again. No wonder why I noticed there were very few customers there. I am quite sure all the regulars have decided to go somewhere else.

Horrible. I was there today with my gf. An elderly lady opened the doors at 7am. Not even a welcome or smile. Looked like she didn’t want to work. We walked ourselves to a booth since no one else did. Waitress came over did not introduce herself. She was carrying an empty round try under her armpit.. it was touching her armpit..!We placed our order. Waffle and pancakes with hot chocolate and coffee should not take 20 mins to make and bring to table. My pancakes tasted like cardboard n plastic. My gf’s waffle wasn’t great. I asked for the check n was told the computer went down.🤦‍♂️. After about 10 more mins, a different waitress who we never saw gave us the check. Went to register to pay… and waited for someone to come take the money. Finally about 4 mins later the elderly woman walked towards us. I told her cash is on counter n we left. Not sure how this place stays in business but maybe hire people who smile and care about customers.

Great Diner! The people there the workers are all polite and friendly. The Wraps are huge and Club Sandwiches are Great. The Club Sandwiches are served with real Turkey not that fake lunchmeat absolutely Delicious!!! All the Food is good and if you want a Hearty Breakfast try the Creamed Chipped Beef Yummy!
