If planning a wedding here, keep in mind the first person you meet is a saleswoman. The first Lisa is soooo lovely and makes you every promise under the sun. Then once you book she is never heard from again! Lol. The second Lisa, the details person, that takes over is I guess very busy. She only answers emails one day a week, and is very dismissive when things start to go awry. We booked just over a year out of our event. Exactly a year out I reached out to ask for vendor recs, at this time Lisa tried to slip in that the valet was no longer available for a year out and cut our guest count by almost 50 people without asking or informing me. Even with their suggested guest count we would have almost double the amount of cars than can fit in their small lot. They suggested I hire my own company and offered $250 off. No valet company would send two valets with insurance for a full day event for $250 and she knows that. We reached out numerous times via email expressing our worries that our wedding was already off track a year out and finally Lisa decided without talking to us to send our deposit back and release us from the contract. Thankfully I had already begun searching for a new venue as everywhere is close to booked. They genuinely do not care about their events or customers. And side note, the women in the winery at the front desk are so condescending and rude. Any stars are because the venue is gorgeous (not fully handicap accessible) and the food looks good and the package is relatively reasonable in price.
