I came in to complete some previously prescribed recommendations and receive some regular maintenance for my car. I was impressed that they had an easily accessible log of those recommendations with clear images and explanation. Their service department is remarkable! Great customer service and professionalism. Timely and respectful service provision. Did I mention they provide rideshare to and from their location at your convenience? Thank you to Liz and the entire staff at BMW Main Line!

I took my car for the first service engine oil change. Everything went on so smooth and on time without any delays. Appreciate all the excellent work BMW of the Main line is doing. I should definitely mention about Greg, he was helpful, explained about the services done on my vehicle, guided me through the complete process during my car service. He is so polite, knowledgeable and with lot of patience answering all my doubts. Every company should have employees like Greg. Thank you Greg!! Thank you BMW of the Main Line.

Over promise, under deliver. That should be the slogan for BMW of the Mainline. Today was the third time I’ve been to this dealer over the past handful of years, each time equally as disappointing. I arrived for my 7:00 AM appointment to have my car inspected and was urged to stay by my service advisor rather than be driven home as I requested (so I could take my dog out and start work) because he said by the time I got home the car would be finished and I’d have to come right back. “Less than an hour” he promised. Two hours later, I went up to the desk to check the status to learn progress had stalled (and I had not been informed until I asked) because my car would fail inspection if I didn’t spend $212 to have them tighten some bolts securing my windshield wiper motor. In addition, my service advisor urged me to get an alignment and my tires rotated and that my tires “would last for 2k miles instead of 40k miles” if I didn’t. Mind you, and little did he know, I went to my normal, trusted dealer yesterday to have a tire replaced (but couldn’t have it inspected since the dealer is in NJ and I needed PA inspection). They are honest but they are also quick to recommend any required maintenance. They checked out my car but did not mention any of this. Another hour passes, I’m taking work calls from the waiting room, over two hours beyond what was promised, throwing my entire day out of whack all because they failed to set proper expectations. I understand they’re busy, the current environment is difficult, etc etc but that is no excuse for knowingly setting improper expectations. Not to mention the threat of failing my car’s inspection if I didn’t pay them over $200 to tighten two bolts… my normal BMW dealer would have done this for free and probably wouldn’t have even mentioned it! For what could be such a great dealer with such a nice, new building and storefront, what a disappointment all around! I will never step foot in this dealership or service department again. Disgraceful. I will say the valets were great and very nice. Naturally they’re operated by another, separate company.

Traveling to another state to purchase a vehicle can be very stressful. But, this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Alysse had great customer service and communication throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond on her days off to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before traveling 7 hours to drive it. Joel was also great to deal with and excellent service! I’ve been in the automotive industry for 18 years and have seen both sides of the fence. Honesty and understanding the customer is key, Alysse and Joel did exactly that. Thank you!
