Although Subway is one of my favorite places to eat, this was the wost customer service I have ever experienced at a Subway. My son and I stopped in and ordered a footlong ham sub to be shared on June 20th. We had every identical thing on both sides of the sub, except for the mayonnaise and chipotle southwest sauce, which were only on my half. I asked the girl to put these sauces on only one half and she inadvertently put them on the entire sub. She didn't apologize (no one does anymore), but attempted to correct it by sliding the sauce to one side. No biggie. I also ordered chips and a drink to make it a meal. I would expect the meal to be a little ove $10. Then when our order was rang up, it came to nearly $15. I inquired as to why. The guy who totaled the order quickly chirped in that it's because he rang it up as two 6-inch subs as we had different condiments on each half! He did the bread and meat so he knew it was the same sub, but in a passive-aggressive manner, wanted to charge us $3 more for mayonnaise on only one half! I won't be going to this Subway anymore! It's bad enough that Subway's prices have gone up considerably over the years, so I don't eat here as much, but worse yet when its staff overchages/steals from the customers. Unbelievable. I have reported this to the Subways headquarters, but have not heard back. They have lost a very long-time customer!

I was the only customer. Took a while for the two employees to stop talking to each other, and take my order. Nothing special about this particular Subway.

I ordered a sub online at this subway. I used the free sub online code to get a second sub free with a purchase of one sub. I placed the order and my credit card was charged. When I arrived, they said their online system was down and I would have to place my order with them directly but they would not honor the free sub deal. I was so disgusted that they would not honor the online deal - so I did not order anything from Subway. They said my credit card would be refunded for the online order. It was not. I emailed Subway corporation twice and no one has contacted me. I ended up disputing the charge through the credit card company. I would not be surprised if the workers are told to ignore these buy-one-get-one online orders. I drove out of the way to go to this subway and since then have wasted a lot of time dealing with this problem. DO NOT GIVE THIS SUBWAY YOUR BUSINESS!
