Had surgery done and while recovering They were supposed to change my IV after 72 hours and never did and my hand ended up swollen like a baloon also no one cleaned the bathroom for 4 days straight in a room with double occupancy

Yes they do. They have SPARC inpatient counseling. Though I believe you have to go through the ER first to be admitted.

Yes you can. Just turn on the TV and you'll see the instructions. You also have a phone next to the bed to activate the TV
