Very friendly and I had no problem booking a quick appointment for my newborn. But if I'm being honest, these are not high quality sessions, very rushed and amateur photographers. You do get what you pay for because going this route is very inexpensive. Verdict: If you are on a budget and just want a few quick portraits, it's fine. Otherwise, pay the money for a quality photographer.

Staff was so friendly. We were in and out pretty quickly. We were taken back at our scheduled appointment time and maybe waited 5-10 minutes before we were shown our proofs. Great experience definitely recommending to friends and family! Thank you.

Very poor service recovery. Poor customer service even by Studio manager. Was not charged for enhancements but I failed to recognize it promptly as I used a coupon and did not recognize I was not charged the extra 30.00. Bill was $140.00 for one child 13 pics one frame and we have to digitally download pics so additional costs will apply. Was told they would comp one picture, mail it to me and it would be received after Christmas. No plans on returning to this studio poor service from the beginning should have trusted my initial feeling after I received rude comments during confirmation of appt an example was I was told not my fault you chose the busiest day of the year it was a Monday night at 630 pm there was one other adult and child checking out and noone came in between.
