Here is my advice from what I have learned throughout the time I actually dont own a 5th wheel but I know a little bit so here is where I will begin The bigger the camper the quicker it depreciates for example they depreciates faster then class A and class B RV class type is one of the greatest factors that will affect your money loss over time now I'm not saying yes it's a bad idea no no no its actually a huge advancement but you also have to watch out for the (GVWR) also known as Gross Vehicle Weight Ratio now another thing to keep in mind as well is the majority of fifth wheels on the market requires a heavy duty truck at least 3/4th tons to pull them as safely as possible as well I will tell you this I believe they would last 3 weeks Class A RV 30% in 3 years Class C RV 38% in 5 years Travel Trailer roughly 40% in 5 years 5th wheels shed value the fastest with a rate of 45% over 5 years As a little more bit I'd say yes they would last 3 weeks in February of 2021 Best Of Luck
