I have being trying to call and the machine keeps asking to keep a number back, Which what I keep on doing but I never got a callback. The reason I’m trying to call to ask about the doctor because I’m trying to get transferred to but I guess I’m not gonna be able to, when they keeps on ignoring my calls.

Terrible. My moms insurance auto assigned them as her pcp, and she was unable to make changes until the following month. She needed an appointment because she was in pain, so we called 5 times over 3 days each time we were to expect at least 3 hr wait and were 35 in the queue. I left a call back # and in 2 weeks never heard back. I even requested an appointment through the patient portal, also no response. This is a federally qualified health center, this is not acceptable. You are creating barriers to your patients trying to access care. Also, my mom had just gotten out from the ER and was supposed to follow up with her pcp, which is East Valley, within 72 hrs which is a rule they are supposed to follow. I'm definitely filing a grievance with our insurance plan, the center supervisor, and wherever else will listen. You all should too, maybe then they will finally respond.

Dr. Pearson is great. Absolutely my favorite doctor. The others are good also. Its just the phone wait is really frustrating at times.

This is what happened to us, before we went i called and asked how much was the dr visit, they said $40 and that it would include the visit and any blood work or xrays if neede, so i made the appt and went. Over there we paid and everything went well, next thing you know we get a bill for $43 saying that it was because of the bloodwork which supposedly was included in the $40 we first paid. So if you're paying out of pocket keep your receipt and don't get surprise if a few months later you get a bill from them.
