What good is being a pro member if you can't use the perks you build up by spending thousands of dollars. Only to be met by incompetent and unsympathetic employees. I understand there was nothing they could do on their end. But they could have at least offered to steer me in a direction to resolve the issue. The issue i am having is i have been unable to log in to my account via the app for several weeks now. Even when reinstalling. This took place at the customer service desk. Thanks for your very enlightening customer service.

You'll be better off at Michaels or some art store but, sure... ...after all, you're the artist & if tomato sauce for example is your choice, nobody can stop you from painting a tasty creation. In fact, why not try it spraying macaroni noodles for a real novel dinner?
