We stopped at the gas station by chance in March 2021, for gas and a snack, during a road trip through the United States with my wife and our young children, departing from Spain. That's where I met Katie, an incredibly kind and funny woman. The conversation went further and she proposed me a challenge, she told me that when I got back to Spain I would take out a rubber chicken and I would cluck and send her the picture. I told her I would. Katie: there you have the picture, clucking in front of the royal palace in Madrid. Promise kept! Everyone should stop by the Sinclair gas station and meet Katie. She is the best of the Grand Canyon!

Stayed the night in Glen Canyon on my way from Capitol Reed to Moab. First of all the area is amazing, if you want to primitive camp i would highly recommend. The shop is also very convenient to pick up some extra camping essentials and gas. Make sure to chat with Katie (pretty sure only person in town) while here, she gave us the most incredible pull off place to camp...and a discount at the closest thai restaurant!

This is a great little surprise in the middle of nowhere. Shop had a little bit of everything, fishing gear, climbing gear, clothing, hats, souvenirs, bikes to rent, small selection of groceries and drinks. They sell firewood as well. Thanks Katie!
