My first trip here was great. The salesman was very helpful I already knew what I wanted by looking online. The dining table set was available and in stock. I was able to pick it up a week later (Considering other places I looked dining tables sets were on back order up to six months). After I got home got the table put together I did notice a couple damages due to packing because the box had zero damage. I contacted the store immediately to send pictures and notify them of the damages. They were very professional and helpful, the manager had a new table delivered to me in just a few weeks. The delivery drivers were very polite and professional. My overall experience was beyond positive and I will definitely be back to purchase more furniture!

I received excellent service at Haynes during my recent visit to shop for bedroom furniture. Nicole greeted me with a warm smile and I was highly impressed as to how knowledgeable she was when explaining the different bedroom sets I viewed. I made a purchase and Susan them provided me with assistance at the area where I paid. Susan explained everything very clearly to me regarding the sales transaction and delivery of the furniture. We don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to share our incredibly positive experience at this Haynes. My husband and I are on a budget and were looking for a specific piece of furniture for our daughter’s room that would be within our price limit but also durable and would last. Alicia helped us select exactly what we were looking for. She was very helpful and knowledgeable but also not pushy. We will definitely recommend this Haynes to our family and friends as we were very satisfied with the customer service and furniture quality.

I was very pleased to have such wonderful customer service from an employee named Alicia. She is a delight and knows what she's doing. I had no issues or difficulty with any of the questions I had for her. There was no hesitation on her part to answer my questions and she explained things to me in a way that I would understand. I definitely recommend she get a pay raise or a job offer into higher cooperation. She is very intelligent and kept a smile on her face the whole time. She never got frustrated with the amount of questions I had. I didn't understand the financial aspect of a furniture company and how payments and interest work and she was able to explain it to me in the most clear understandable way and I appreciate it more than you know. She has excellent customer service and I hope to come back in soon and work with her again to purchase furniture. She will be the only one I'll choose to deal with. Thank you!

Haynes us good. The Richmond southside store is under renovation and that has affected inventory. Been purchasing there for years.
