They made me wait in the car line for almost an hour then told me to get out and get in a car, but I do not have a car, when I was in the front of the line they did not even let me do my transaction.

I've been coming to this location for 4 years and the service is pretty pleasant no excuse here however to which there own and there want to be pansies because that's what this world is coming to. I believe the Navy Federal staff are great people and I'll continue to come here and so would my family who are all Navy federal banker customers and card holders.

Don't waste your time with the Notary service. I tried calling the bank to see if they could notarize, they don't have a direct number. It goes to a call center that doesn't know. After spending almost an hour outside waiting they gave me a slew of excuses why they couldn't notarize my documents.
