The food was great, the service - not so much. We ordered and sat there waiting. A couple sat in the next booth, ordered,got their food, and left before our food ever came. Flagged someone down, only to find out the server forgot to put in our order. Do you think we were comped or discounted? Nope. Barely an apology.

2 stars for the uninterested bartender/waitress on Saturday. It wasn't even busy. Performed just under the bare minimum of work. Five stars for the cook and chicken wings.

Unfortunately this was not a great experience. Understaffing led to not getting food or drink in a timely manner and we did not see our server again after we got our drinks. The food was bland and disappointing as well. I want to believe that when they're fully staffed and they have their full menu it's better, but I can't currently recommend The Launch.
