Our escape room was the log cabin one which had multiple clues missing making the room impossible to solve without the game bring interrupted. Ive never been to an escape room were nearly every section of the game had problems that required the employee to come in to plant or fix the clues. Overall the experience was awful and the nearby "rage rooms" constantly made loud noises which further ruined the experience.

Booking through this company has been one of the worst experiences. The messed up my reservation so many times it was unreal. We spent over 1000$ for multiple corporate event bookings and they messed up every single one. When I called to address the issue the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’m convinced that whoever is running the Irvine location has absolutely no idea what the hell their doing.

I did two of the escape rooms smuggler and The western one. They both were decorated so good. Very realistic. My one problem is the clues were not clear. The people are so nice though I would recommend if you are up for a challenge.
