I love Miss Paula--a true ballet professional and excellent teacher. My daughter has been attending SCDT since she was 3 years old (2009) and we've been extremely happy. SCDA offers regular classes Monday through Saturday for various ages and skill levels. Prices are very affordable. Spring Camp, Summer Camp, and Summer Workshops are also offered. SCDT puts together two big productions each year, one in June and The Nutcracker in December, usually at the Downey Theater. This is a community and volunteer effort with impressive results. The first class is always free, so come give SCDA a try! You won't be disappointed!

Yes they take any age even adult beginners
This is a classical ballet studio. There is a pre-ballet class that is offered for preschool aged children that is very creative and delightful. There are also opportunities to participate in Contemporary dance workshops, Master Classes, Spring and Summer Dance Camps (variety of dance styles), a Summer Intensive, and 3 full stage productions that take place at the Downey Theatre (Nutcracker in December, a Spring ballet, and a summer Dance & Choreography Festival). Top notch!!!
