I had some high end donations, new in the box, and was told,gold watches, nice stuff, they, at the donations, told me ,after picking,though my load of stuff, after getting mis information, from two store, need to train, folks, on the phone, at the receiving dock, I will never go back, found an other place, that supports, Cancer Patients, as a Cancer survivor, get your act together, DON'T WASTE MY TIME...

Emphasis on books but carries small decor items and limited clothing. Bulk of donations go to larger store in Redlands.

Easy to find, open, friendly assistance, clean, organized...I don't think they take furniture....it was the 4 th place I drove to donate yesterday. All other non goodwill places turned me away for different reasons i.e. too full, need appointment, etc

They accept items like: gently used toys, household decor, figurines, gently worn shoes, cup and saucer sets, but that store has very limited shelves so they don’t have a lot of room for a huge amount of donations. Call ahead to ask an employee if they can accept what you want to bring in.
I just donated a bunch of household items a few days ago but they told me no furniture at this location.
Definitely call ahead and get clarification about what they are taking too.
Probably. As long as they're in good shape. They have a section for travel and most are far from new. Great place though!
