I filed a civil lawsuit against the valley view apartment complex for harassment, emotional distress, and unlivable living conditions. I had tons of documentation and pictures. Judge Hipple presided over the lawsuit and ruled in the favor of the apartment complex which now gives them the freedom to continue harassing tenants. I have never been so appalled at how the justice system doesn’t protect victims in these cases.
